Semiconductors

Semiconductor is material which have conductivity between insulator and conductor is called Semiconductor. In the periodic table some element of group from III-IV are Semiconductors. Usually used Semiconductor elements are Silicon, Germanium. In which Silicon is most used. because od high melting point up to 1420 and electron in outer most cell is 14. It can be find from rock and in form of sand from beaches.
