Bipolar Junction Transistor stands for BJT. This is transistor, which is form after connecting two semiconductor of N-type or P-type between two semiconductor of N-type or P-type. Mean when we have to form NPN Transistor then one P-type semiconductor is sandwich between two N-type semiconductor. Same as when we have to form PNP Transistor then one N-type semiconductor is sandwiches between the two P-type semiconductor.
Structure of BJT is given bellow-
- Introduction to Bipolar Polar Junction
- Working of BJT
- History of BJT
- Structure of BJT
- V-I Characteristics of BJT
